danceSense explores the interconnections between body, data, and space in a performative/pedagogical context, combining media makers with motion artists and theatre design/tech practitioners. Graduate students from DMS' physical computing course, led Jason Geistweidt, will develop wearable computing devices for streaming real-time data from dancer's movements to drive generative media systems.

The public performances feature choreography by Kerry Ring, with original set, lighting, and projection designs coordinated by Lynne Koscielniak, and costumes by Zechariah Saenz.
