BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The University at Buffalo Law School will present "Ethics in Practice," an accredited half-day seminar for area attorneys focusing on elder law and issues surrounding the Internet.
The program will be held April 19, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. It will be held in the Beaver Hollow Conference Center, 1083 Pit Road, Java Center.
Anthony H. Szczygiel, professor of law and director of the Law School's clinical education program, will discuss on "Ethics in Elder Law."
James G. Milles, visiting associate professor of law, associate dean for UB's Legal Information Services and director of the Charles B. Sears Law Library, will present "Internet for Lawyers Update."
The UB Law School is certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education and participants in the program will qualify for 2.0 CLE credit hours in the area of ethics and professionalism.
The Monroe-Genesee Country Title Agency LLC, Wyoming Abstract Company, Westlaw, and the Wyoming and Genesee county bar associations are co-sponsors of the event.
