BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The University at Buffalo's Department of Theatre and Dance will present a dance concert, Young Choreographers Showcase, April 26-28 in the Black Box Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus. Performance times will be Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
Young Choreographers Showcase is comprised of UB student choreographers and will be directed by Tressa Gorman Crehan. The performance will spotlight the department's multi-talented dancers in a variety of dance styles. The ensemble features young, energetic dancers performing a mixed repertory program that includes music ranging from up-tempo to beautiful ballads.
Tickets for Young Choreographers Showcase are general admission $5, and are available from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday at the Center for the Arts Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations, including Kaufmann's and Movies Plus.
