UB Learns powered by Blackboard, is the centrally supported Learning Management System (LMS) at UB. UB Learns should be used as the central system to deliver your online course.
UB Learns provides faculty with an online environment to create, deliver and manage their course content, as well as monitor participation and assess performance among learners. Faculty will need to have their course(s) activated in UB Learns.
The College will help you work through this process. There are many factors to think about such as connectivity, time zones, size of the class, etc. Designing a quality online class takes time.
