UB Event Calendar
UB's schools, departments, and divisions hold hundreds of exciting events yearly. Once you've planned your event, your next step should always be to add it to the event calendar. Once you do, sharing your event on websites, social media, emails and more is easy.

If you can't access the UB Event Calendar, the Events team can add your event for you. Submit an event request form with all your event details.

Virtual Poster Template
Sometimes, printing a paper poster isn't possible or sustainable. Submit a Communication Work Order to have an event poster added to your website.

A signature is a perfect opportunity to brand every message you send. It establishes and reinforces who you are as a department and as a university. Download the templates below to start branding your emails even when you're not in the office.
Please use the following steps to add or update your current email signature.

Desktop
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Zoom application window.
- Select the ‘Backgrounds & Effects’ option on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the ‘+’ to the right of ‘Choose Virtual Background’.
- Choose the custom UB image from your computer.
Mobile devices
- Open the Zoom App.
- Start your meeting.
- Select the ‘more’ menu on the bottom left side of the screen
- Select ‘Backgrounds & Effects.’
- Tap the ‘+’ to add a custom UB image from your device.
Pro Tip:
Remember to uncheck the 'mirror my video' setting within the virtual background to ensure logos and marks appear correctly.

- Click the image below to enlarge.
- Right-click and "save image as..." to download.
