Prof. Swathi is a sustainability advocate who believes in ‘education through pragmatism’. Her expertise includes but not limited to sustainability in education management, environmental applications, and qualitative research methodology. Her teaching style involves equipping learners with more examples from real life. Prof Swathi’s goal is to aid students in viewing sustainability through different vantage points and provide innovative solutions using their intellect, knowledge, and subject area expertise. Prof Swathi is also an advocate of gender, DEI and leadership strategies in academia.
