The Social Sciences Interdisciplinary Program consists of four distinct majors: Health and Human Services, International Studies, Legal Studies and Urban and Public Policy Studies. These degrees equip students with the analytical, communication and problem-solving skills needed for a wide range of careers.

These majors are grouped under the Social Sciences Interdisciplinary program because they all examine human behavior and societal systems from multiple perspectives rather than a single traditional discipline. Each degree combines multiple academic areas such as psychology, sociology, political science and economics to address real-world social issues.
Depending on the major you choose, you will answer questions such as:
- How can I make a real difference in my community?
BA in Health and Human Services - How do cultural boundaries and identities shape the world we live in?
BA in International Studies - Why does the law exist and how does it shape society?
BA in Legal Studies - How do we create policies that improve public transportation, housing, and life in urban communities?
BA in Urban and Public Policy Studies
