Please note that payment for the full assessment is expected at the end of your first appointment. If you are unable to pay in full, please discuss this with your clinician.
When you contact the PSC, we will gather information regarding your reason for seeking an assessment. Once a clinician is available you will be contacted to set up your initial appointment. At this time, you will also be mailed a packet of information to complete and bring with you to your first appointment.
