QUIT Program

A structured, research-supported path to quitting nicotine for good

The QUIT Program helps you stop using nicotine and build long-term skills for staying nicotine free. We've recently expanded the program to support individuals quitting all types of nicotine, including vaping, smokeless tobacco and cigarettes. Our approach offers practical strategies, encouragement from peers and guidance from trained PSC clinicians.

  • Modern, evidence-based strategies for quitting and preventing relapse
  • Evening sessions when scheduled

Past groups for smoking cessation have demonstrated an 80% success rate for quitting and staying quit.

Cost

The program fee is $65 per participant. Payment details will be provided during registration.

When groups are offered

QUIT groups are typically offered three times a year, in October, February and June. The next anticipated group is for October. A brief screening is required before joining the group. Please contact the PSC to get on the waitlist or receive updates about upcoming dates.
