QUIT Smoking Cessation Program

A structured, research-supported path to quitting for good

The QUIT Program helps you stop smoking and build long-term skills for staying smoke free. This approach offers practical strategies, encouragement from peers and guidance from trained PSC clinicians.

  • Evening sessions when scheduled

Past groups have demonstrated an 80% success rate for quitting and staying quit.

Cost

The program fee is $65 per participant. Payment details will be provided during registration.

When groups are offered

QUIT groups are typically offered once each semester in Fall, Spring and Summer. The next anticipated group is for Summer. A brief screening is required before joining the group. Please contact the PSC to get on the waitlist or receive updates about upcoming dates.
