New bylaws effective 2022:
"The committee shall have no fewer than five, but no more than seven,
appointed faculty members, in addition to a representative of the Policy
committee and an ex officio representative of the Dean. Faculty members
shall be appointed to terms of two years and shall be eligible to serve no
more than two terms consecutively."
