This year, the Graduate Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, May 15, 2020.
This 2-credit course showcases the variety of disciplines and departments in the College of Arts and Sciences and is designed to help freshmen and undecided majors to choose a major and make better-informed career choices. The course is a series of lectures featuring some of the university’s best faculty who lead exciting and informative discussions on their research interests. Grading for this class is pass/fail and is based on attendance, which is mandatory.
Assistant Director of Experiential Learning
Begun in 2013, the College Ambassadors program brings together undergraduate students in the College who have excelled academically and are involved in campus and community activities. The students are nominated by faculty and staff to represent the College at a variety of university-sponsored events.
The College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Partnership Program is designed to provide financial support to student groups, faculty and departments that wish to create events for alumni. Students and faculty have the opportunity to apply for funding up to $500.
