Undergraduate Student Services Team

The Undergraduate Student Services Team supports the undergraduate student experience by providing essential administrative and logistical support to academic departments across the College of Arts and Sciences. The team helps ensure that students receive accurate, timely information and are connected with the appropriate resources, services and people throughout their academic journey.

Through consistent processes, centralized technology, and collaboration across departments, the Undergraduate Services Team helps create a seamless, student-centered experience. The team also promotes consistency, efficiency and clear communication while ensuring that administrative processes are carried out in accordance with University guidelines.

• Provides professional, responsive, and welcoming service
• Follows established University policies and procedures
• Processes administrative requests with the appropriate approvals
• Provides information using established guidance and resources
• Facilitates administrative processes that support undergraduate education
• Connects students, faculty, and staff with the appropriate resources and offices
• Refers matters requiring academic, policy, or professional judgment to the appropriate person
