Apoorva Pradhan, 4th-year PhD student in Prof. Atilla's group
First author publication:
My research focuses on understanding the process of necroptosis, a type of controlled necrosis in terms of its execution, regulation and cellular fate by using different molecular biology techniques.
I like being a graduate student at UB and in Dr. Atilla’s lab because along with a friendly and welcoming community, I get to expand my research in not only molecular and chemical biology but also analytical chemistry and other research techniques through a collaborative environment.
Outside of lab, I enjoy reading (not scientific papers), watching anime and cooking.
